Individual results vary depending on health status, adherence, lifestyle, medical conditions and several other factors. THW does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, improvement in laboratory values or any other particular health outcome.

4. Medical Emergencies

Online consultations through THW are not intended for emergency medical care. In case of an emergency or serious or rapidly worsening symptoms, appropriate emergency medical care should be sought immediately.

5. Client Responsibility

The effectiveness of any personalised programme depends substantially on the client's participation and adherence to recommendations. Clients are responsible for following agreed dietary, lifestyle and other recommendations appropriately.

6. No Refund Policy

Payments made for consultations, programmes or other services offered by THW are non-refundable once the payment has been confirmed. By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy. In exceptional circumstances, any decision regarding cancellation, rescheduling or other arrangements will be at the sole discretion of THW.
